The annual Travel Sentry Lock Manufacturer Conference (hereafter referred to as TS) is a key event in the global lock industry. This year, it was held in Qingcheng Mountain, Chengdu, China, bringing together TS partners from around the world to engage in in-depth discussions on global luggage security trends, lock technology standards, and market strategies.

Sinox was honored to be invited once again, continuing its long-standing partnership with TS. As a gesture of appreciation, the organizers prepared a commemorative gift featuring the initials "SNX," symbolizing TS’s recognition of Sinox’s continued support. This thoughtful token not only commemorates years of cooperation but also represents the mutual trust shared between the two organizations.

Sinox Vietnam Recognized as TS’s First Authorized Manufacturer in Southeast Asia

Since the start of the collaboration in 2007, Sinox and TS have maintained a strong working relationship. This year marks a significant milestone—Sinox Vietnam has officially become TS’s first authorized lock manufacturer in Southeast Asia. This recognition highlights Sinox’s manufacturing capabilities while adding agility to the regional supply chain.

The Vietnam facility is positioned as an automated manufacturing base, focusing on production efficiency and quality stability. It aims to offer TSA locks that are both reliable and cost-effective, helping customers respond flexibly to dynamic market demands.

According to the latest market report by TS, nearly 10 million pieces of luggage equipped with TSA locks are expected to be produced in Southeast Asia in 2024, with approximately 90% destined for the U.S. market. As manufacturing continues to shift toward Southeast Asia, the regional supply landscape is rapidly evolving, with strong growth potential on the horizon.

In response to increasingly diverse and fast-changing market demands, Sinox aims to leverage the automation capabilities and geographic advantages of its Vietnam facility to provide more flexible, stable, and competitive supply solutions for the TSA lock market. We will also continue to strengthen our manufacturing capabilities and work closely with TS and our partners to meet global market needs.
