To provide enhanced security long-term, we are unable to provide combinations for non-serialized locks. Please attempt to retrieve the set combination from 0-0-0-0 to 9-9-9-9.
Please contact the store/distributor/dealer that you buying the lock from. You will be replaced a new key by giving the number of the key and contact information.
If your lock is not function properly, it may be defective. Please contact the store/distributor/dealer that you buying the lock from and find out how to obtain a replacement lock.
The time will vary depending on the type of lock, and whether your replacement needs to be custom-built. Generally, you should receive your replacement with 2 - 4 weeks.
Unfortunately, this lock is not resettable without knowing the combination that was assigned by the owner. It’s most likely you will need to purchase a new lock.
It may be possible to obtain replacement keys for your lock only if you know the key number. The key number is stamped on the original keys provided with your lock. If you do not know the key number, it is most likely you will need to purchase a new lock.
The height is only for the lock body. Total height please see the outline dimension drawing or contact us.
