Through a 15-minute daily Unlocking Masterclass, employees get hands-on experience with different SINOX locks, learning about their operation, mechanical design, key features, and the needs behind each product.
This hands-on approach helps colleagues across different functions better understand how SINOX products work and turns product knowledge into a shared language across the organization.
