Intellectual Property Management Plan
Our company is dedicated to the research, development, and production of locks, and actively protects innovative technologies and intellectual property to enhance competitiveness in the global market. This Intellectual Property Management Plan is formulated in alignment with our overall business objectives.
1. Institutional IP Management
SINOX adopts the TIPS (Taiwan Intellectual Property Management System) to systematically manage IP acquisition, protection, and maintenance.
TIPS(Taiwan Intellectual Property Management System,TIPS) introduced by the Industrial Development Bureau of Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs in 2007, is a framework designed to help companies and organizations establish a simple, efficient, and cost-effective IP management system.
SINOX holds patents in multiple countries and successfully obtained TIPS certification at the end of 2022 — a testament to our capabilities in patent development and management.
2. Intellectual Property Management Review Meetings
These meetings support the General Manager in reviewing and overseeing the company’s IP management system, and in continuously improving its effectiveness.
3. IP Management Policy and Objectives
SINOX has established its IP management policy and goals based on the company’s operational objectives, internal and external IP-related issues, and stakeholder expectations.
