After a lot of searching, Lisa finally found a partner that fit her needs - Sinox.
“After receiving samples from Sinox, I found that their samples fit my needs quite well,” said Lisa.
During our initial discussion, Lisa shared her vision and requirements for the product. Her desire to maximize safety through superior design and products aligns perfectly with Sinox’s brand philosophy. We also hope to bring this product to market. The timely feedback of the business team and the professional knowledge of the R&D team demonstrated the spirit of SIEM. Sinox won Lisa's favor and started the cooperation.
Professionalism and Innovation: Crafting the Perfect Safety Solution
In the collaboration between Sinox and Headlokt, in addition to pursuing innovation and practicality, safety is a crucial element. Lisa wanted the outdoor helmet to be lightweight, easy to carry, a cable length within the optimal range, and clear wheel and button indicators.
However, due to the limited internal space of the helmet, the lock design had to be compact yet functional, presenting a significant challenge for Sinox. After repeated trials and errors, Sinox overcame the space limitations, successfully developing a lock that met the requirements for the outdoor helmet lock. Lisa expressed her satisfaction with the results.
Achieving Convenient Cycling: Red Dot Award Recognition
This co-branded product addresses multiple user needs, especially "safety," "convenience," and "versatility."
In terms of safety, the outdoor helmet lock not only protects personal safety but also secures bicycles and other items, enhancing convenience and peace of mind.
The cable is approximately 65cm long, capable of securing a bike and adaptable for various daily scenarios. Designed to be lightweight and portable, it further enhances practicality with an internal Bluetooth tracker holder, allowing users to install trackers (e.g., Airtag). This helps parents keep track of their children and reduces the risk of losing valuable items. And we also have decals on the back for more protection.
The clear design of the digit and button indicators ensures ease of use for both children and adults. These features earned the outdoor helmet lock recognition from the Good Design Award, showcasing its innovation and practicality.
