Among the many packaging formats available on the market, Sinox's popular packaging are bulk packaging, blister card packaging, EVA packaging, window box packaging/PP box packaging, header card packaging, PVC pouch packaging and so forth. Each packing can complement Sinox products to create various value added modules. On top of it, Sinox also have custom made packaging to meet customer requirements. Following diagrams depict various packing modules as reference to Sinox's capacity.
Blister Card Packing
Blister card packing is the most popular packaging module in Sinox since it fits in every product lines except WL Series. Besides Sinox's standard hemisphere shape back card, custom made design will meet various customer needs.
EVA Packing
EVA packaging have two formats, namely EVA+Sleeve and EVA+Giftbox. Most popular demand by customers is combination padlocks as gifts.
Window Box Packing/
Window box packing/PP box packing can match with different kinds of locks with various selections. Due to its wide diversity, multiple applications, plus unique functions and characters for each lock, it is well received by customers. As a result, it always appeals to potential customers.
Header Card Packing
Sinox's Header card packing is mostly for WL Series. Its uniqueness is unlimited cable length and size plus a convenient hanging display on the shop.
PVC Pouch Packing
PVC pouch packaging is most popular on Luggage Strap Locks. It can represent the integrity of the product in terms of characters and figures plus it can be recycled which is very convenient for customers.
Clamshell Packing / Double Blister
Sinox usually apply high frequency and heat-sealing to seal the Clamshell packing/double blister. This packaging is very popular on upper level price items such as computer security locks or combination padlocks since such packaging offers better protection on the products.
Bulk Packing
This kind of packaging is mostly on leathered locks; usually the product is packed in inner box then contained in outer box to complete the bulk packaging process.
