Plastics:Plastics, in particular, is solid polymer material that flows or softens under high temperature and thus may be processed into any desired shape after which cooling and hardening follows.

PC Injection Welding (ultrasonic), coating, printing
(1) Engineering-grade plastic, sturdy and impact-resistant.

(4) Appearance: Transparent, weather-resistant, stable under sun exposure, and superior to ABS.
(5) Applications: shell of electrical appliance, safety helmet, transparent articles, bullet-proof glass.

(1) Mixed polymer.
(2) Small coefficient of elongation, and small change to hardness, sturdy.

PA (NYLON) Injection Printable
(1) Excellent impact resistance, strong engineering plastic.
(2) Large surface hardness, small friction coefficient, and lubricating.
(3) Slight change in dimensions and physical properties after water uptake.
(4) Applications: shell of electric tools, fitting of electric appliance, brush, shoe cover.

PP Injection
(1) Weldable (ultrasonic)
(2) Not easy to print.
(1) Highly rigid, heat resistant, wear-resistant.
(2) Impact resistant under normal temperature, but impact resistance weakened under low temperature (<-5).
(3) Physical property: gradual aging under sun and heat.
(4) Applications: packing tape, rope, strap, shelf, washing machine, bottle, etc.

POM Injection
(1) Good mechanical property, engineering plastic.

(low-pressure)
Not easy to adhere or print.
(1) Semi-transparent, rigid, impact resistant, cold resistant, and water resistant.
(2) Blocking the passage of steam and air.
(3) Gradual aging under sun and heat.
(4) Applications: packing tape, shopping bag, plastic bottle, wire sheath.

LDPE Injection
(high-pressure)
Not easy to adhere or print.
(1) Stronger than HDPE; other properties are the same as HDPE.
(2) Applications: packing tape, shopping bag, plastic bottle, wire sheath.
(1) WL series- body sleeve (body sleeve of WL-631, 635 is medium density PE208)
(2) KEY sleeve.
(3) WL-896- dust cover (PE207).
PET Injection
(1) Weldable (ultrasonic, high frequency).
(2) Printable, thermal press and thermal molding.
(1) Strong, heat-resistant, good deformation and fatigue properties.
(2) Applications: plastic bottle, camera film, packing tape, insulation tape.
Slot-type blister (packing material).
PVC
(1) Injection
(2) Calender-processed.
(1) Thermoplastic and rubberized, oil and wear resistant.
(2) PU by foaming comes in soft and rigid; soft PU is elastic, and rigid PU may be used as heat insulation material.
(3) Applications: Window frame, sink, kitchen counter, shoe sole, chair cushion, bed mattress, man-made sod.
RL-969- cable coating. (PU+ cold resisting agent)

(1) Engineering-grade plastic.
(2) Sometimes added with short glass fiber.
TPR Injection
(1) Thermoplastic elastomer.
(2) Impact resistant, crack resistant.
(3) Elastic with excellent bend and fatigue resistance.
(4) Applications: tubing, hose, shock-resistant material.
(1) PL-366 TPR coating.
(2) WL-626,637,638- body sleeve, hasp sleeve. (PP+TPR double injection)
(3) RL-955- lock body (ABS+TPR double injection).
